So often we get asked how long care plans typically take, or how long until they are “better”. But I would challenge that by asking what “better” means to you. Most people have a larger goal beyond getting out of pain and those have the best outcomes with treatment. We hold ourselves to a high standard and expect to help you get those same outcomes!

There is a scene in Alice in Wonderland where she comes to a fork in the road and sees a Cheshire cat in a tree.
“Which road do I take?” she asked.
His response was a question:
“Where do you want to go?”
“I don't know” Alice answered.
“Then,” said the cat, “it doesn’t matter.”

Without clarity and objective metrics for a treatment plan, it can be easy to confuse what success looks like and that is why many people choose to work with us after having a bad experience at their previous traditional chiro/pt. The patient felt they were given the same cookie-cutter approach as everyone else and they had no end goal in mind.

We’ve also found that so many people live with some level of pain or discomfort every day and only take action once it’s really impacting their life. In some cases, the pain is now stopping them from going to the gym and being around their community, and for others, they can no longer get on the ground and play with their child or grandchild.
